The below packages are all designed for one person and all to take place in the studio.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required on booking.
Full payment is required, including the purchase of any additional images before we deliver any final images to you.

Date and time changes

Date and time changes may be requested by both the client and photographer so long as sufficient notice has been given.
For the client, to change the date a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required and a new date must be set after a minimum of 7 days.
To change the time, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the agreed shoot time must be given. If the new suggested time is available the shoot can be adjusted or rescheduled for a more suitable date. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.

Shoot day

Clients may not change their confirmed arrival time on the day of the shoot; if they are late, this will count against their studio time.
An additional hour (R1000p/hr) may be purchased subject to the photographers’ availability.
After the shoot, a proof gallery is sent to the client either the same day or the next unless otherwise agreed on.
Images from the gallery are not to be screenshot by any means.
The average turnaround time for final delivery is between 2-5 working days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Additional images

Please see details of the cost of additional images in the package you have chosen. Additional images may be purchased after the shoot is complete or at a later stage within the year. We do not keep raw files beyond 12 months from the date of the shoot.
A very important note to understand is that we do not give away any raw/unedited images. Any additional images must be purchased and will be retouched.

RAW Files

Please note that we do not hand over any RAW files or any kind of unedited images freely. RAW files can be purchased for a fee of R5000. You will then be the owner of these images and they can then be used freely.

Hair and Makeup services

Onsite hair and make-up stylists are available on the Deluxe Portrait Experience package only. Should you book the Linkedin Rebrand or the Corporate Professional package, you must ensure hair and makeup are done off-site before the shoot and that you arrive make up ready.
Should the client choose not to book a hair and/or makeup artist service by a professional. In that case, we shall not be held responsible for any issues related to the client's appearance on the day of the photo session, including but not limited to hair styling, makeup application, skin condition, or any other personal grooming concerns. The client acknowledges that their preparation, including hair and makeup, is their sole responsibility, and we shall not be liable for any resulting dissatisfaction with their appearance in the photographs."

Social Media

Selected images by the client as well as any behind-the-scenes images are allowed to be posted on social media by the client and Headshots Johannesburg social media platforms unless otherwise agreed upon.

Usage

Headshots Johannesburg (Creative Wei) owns all copyright to all images captured. Images are only allowed for clients’ private use - meaning for their own social media, self-promotion, or private sharing. These images may not be published for or by any other publication without our consent and/or use-specific purchase.

Tag-alongs

The client may bring a maximum of one other person for support or assistance. However, we recommend a private one on one session without any distractions.

Cancellations

Should the client want to cancel completely, a 72-hour (3 days) notice period is required for your deposit amount to be refunded. After 72 hours (3 days) your deposit will not be refunded.
