How we work

For large corporate shoots

We're happy to work around you — whether that's in our studio or at your offices. Most of our clients love the convenience of having us come to them, and we'll bring everything we need to set up a fully equipped studio on-site, including professional lighting and a choice of colour backdrops. All we ask for is a clear, quiet space of at least 5m x 5m — somewhere free from foot traffic to ensure the best experience for your team.

For smaller teams, we also welcome you to our studio, where we can accommodate up to 12 people.

For Private one on one sessions

Our private one-on-one sessions take place in our studio in Bryanston, giving you a relaxed and personal experience with our full attention dedicated to getting the best out of you. We'll guide you through everything — from choosing the right outfits to selecting backdrops that complement your personality and personal brand — ensuring your headshots feel authentically you.

Hair & Make up, and styling

We highly recommend including a make-up artist for your shoot, something we can arrange for you, as it truly elevates the quality of your team's headshots.

If a make-up artist isn't within your budget, don't worry. We'll apply a translucent powder to mattify the skin and reduce any shine on each team member. Our assistant also doubles as an on-set stylist, ensuring everyone looks their best with minimised creases and flyaways kept perfectly in place.

How does timing work per person during large team shoots?

Timing varies from person to person and depends on the number of looks required. Some people take to the camera naturally while others need a little more time to feel comfortable, and we're happy to accommodate that. As a general guide, we recommend allowing around 10 minutes per person, giving us time for powder touch-ups and a quick wardrobe check.

Throughout the shoot, you'll find us very hands-on. We guide each person every step of the way, making sure everyone feels at ease and looks their absolute best.
