How it works

On-site corporate sessions

We bring the studio to you. Here is what to expect from arrival to the final image.

Step 1 — Setting Up
We arrive one hour before the session begins to set up our equipment. All we need from you is a clear, quiet space of at least 5m x 5m. Ideally the space should be private and free from foot traffic. We take care of everything else.

Step 2 — The Shoot
Once everything is in place, we photograph each team member individually in a relaxed, directed session. Every person is guided through posing and expression so nobody feels awkward or unsure.

Step 3 — Proof Gallery
The main contact receives a proof gallery containing all images from the session. Each team member then selects their preferred images for retouching.

Step 4 — Delivery
Once selections are made and retouching is complete, a final Google Drive link is shared containing all high resolution images, ready to use across your website, LinkedIn, and marketing materials.

Hair & Make up

We work with a select group of preferred hair and make-up artists who understand exactly what the camera requires. Having a professional on set makes a noticeable difference in the quality of your final images — ensuring every team member looks polished, confident, and camera-ready from the very first shot.

If you'd like to include hair and make-up as part of your session, simply let us know and we'll incorporate it into your quote.

Timing per person

The time required per person depends entirely on what the client needs from the session.

If each team member only requires one final image, we can work efficiently at around 5 minutes per person, keeping the day moving without compromising on quality.

If the brief calls for a variety of angles, compositions, or outfit changes, we recommend allowing between 10 and 20 minutes per person, depending on the scope of the shoot.

When submitting your enquiry, let us know what you have in mind and we'll factor the right amount of time into your quote and shoot schedule.
