Combining a background in psychology, executive leadership and identity development, she guides women through defining moments—whether stepping into leadership, launching a business, navigating a life transition or embracing a new chapter. Her work helps clients reconnect with who they truly are, so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence and authenticity.

The Executive Identity Discovery Session
Before stepping in front of the camera, Ilze will guide you through a private Executive Identity Discovery Session designed to help you reconnect with who you are, gain clarity on the woman you’re becoming, and define the story you want your photographs to tell. More than preparing you for a portrait, this experience creates a lasting foundation you can return to with confidence as you navigate future opportunities, transitions and new chapters in your life.

The Shift: 90-Minute Identity Strategy Session - An immersive, deep-dive session (available in-person or online) with your facilitator prior to your photoshoot. Together, we will map out: Your personal brand positioning & professional identity.
Wardrobe styling aligned with your deepest intentions.
A guided "Future-Self" letter-crafting process.
The Integration: 30-Day Guided Follow-Up A dedicated touchpoint (in-person or online) to support your progress, integrate your insights, and keep your momentum going.

Once that foundation is in place, you'll come to Wesley at Headshots Johannesburg for your portrait session — where everything uncovered in your discovery session comes to life through beautifully crafted images that are unmistakably, authentically you.
Your session will include the following:
• Pre-shoot consultation: to align your images with your Identity Session.
• Wardrobe guidance: To align your wardrobe and the choice of backdrop colours
• Full Professional make up artistry
• A 90-minute guided portrait session.
• 12 Premium retouched images: You choose your favourite 12 selections from the gallery.

What should I wear?

Smart professional attire. Neutral colours work best. Structured tops or blazers photograph well. Bring options.
Do you help with posing?

Yes, you will be coached throughout the process.
You won’t be expected to know how to pose. During the session I guide you through posture, positioning and expression so you look confident, professional and approachable.
I’m not comfortable in front of the camera.

That’s very common.
The session is designed to be relaxed and guided so you don’t feel awkward in front of the camera.
Most clients say they feel much more comfortable after a few minutes.
When do I receive the images?

You’ll receive your proof gallery within a day after the session.
Once you select your favourite images, the final professionally retouched photos are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
