How it works
On-Site Corporate Headshot Sessions in Johannesburg / Capetown / Durban
Looking for professional corporate headshots at your office? We bring a fully equipped photography studio directly to your workplace. No travel, no disruption, no stress.
Here is exactly what to expect from arrival to final delivery.
Step 1 — Setting Up
Our photographer arrives one hour before the session to set up all lighting and equipment on-site. All we need is a clear, private space of at least 5m x 5m, free from foot traffic. We handle everything else.
Step 2 — The Shoot
Each team member is photographed individually in a relaxed, fully directed session. From posing to expression, every person is guided from start to finish so nobody feels uncomfortable or unsure in front of the camera. This takes 5-15 minutes per person depending on the scope.
Step 3 — Proof Gallery
After the shoot, the main contact receives a proof gallery with all images from the session. Each team member selects their preferred corporate headshots for professional retouching.
Step 4 — Final Delivery
Once retouching is complete, a Google Drive link is shared with all high resolution final images, ready to use on your company website, LinkedIn profiles, email signatures, and marketing materials.
